Waxed canvas is a heavy-duty, dyed cotton fabric that is coated in a premium beeswax for optimal performance. Waxed canvas was originally used by sailors due to its incredible durability, water resistance and ability to catch the wind better than unwaxed canvas. Today, waxed canvas is made using natural wax coatings.

The wax coating  causes the fabric to  patina beautifully when it is folded, scratched or scuffed, creating a rich, rugged look that tells the story of the owner.

The reinforced handles are made with natural vegetable tanned leather that will darken with age and create a bag with an ever changing story.
